It's resolution time! Everyone seems to be going strong with their goals at the start of this year as is evident with the amount of people at the gym. If you're not a resolution kind of person, try setting goals. Goals are more manageable than resolutions - goals can be big or small and can change over time. It's a flexible way to accomplish new things! Today I'm sharing how I am setting goals for 2018 with a Goals Journal.
Throughout the journal are inspirational quotes to help motivate you. The first section of the journal will define your top values, set of picture of your ideal life, and set the foundation of which you make goals. It's really made me think about what I want for my life. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time of the first section...I spent a couple days thinking about my dream life and how I'm going to get there.
Each month you'll set 4 goals. I absolutely love how the goals are prompted to give you the best chance of accomplishing those goals. For me, having a date for the goal to be achieved and knowing what my reward will be once accomplished, gives me motivation to see a goal through. There's nothing holding me back from achieving great things in 2018 with the power of pen to paper and facing the obstacles that have previously put up walls. I highly recommend this journal to everyone, even if you're not a resolution type of person. Setting goals can help you accomplish what you never could before. 2018 is going to be a great year!!
