Smoothies are my go to breakfast choice. They are easy to whip up especially if you have the fruit already portioned and frozen. The secret ingredient to any good smoothie is a good protein powder. I always use Vegan Smart vanilla nutritional powder in my smoothies because it has protein along with tons of vitamins and minerals. It's a better jump start for my day than coffee!! Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Serving Size: 1
1 cup Almond milk (you can also use orange juice)
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup diced pineapple
1/3 cup mango
1/2 banana, sliced
Portion out the fruit in a freezer bag then freeze it overnight. Add the milk first then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve.
