With all the sweets and treats we are indulging in this time of year, it's good to get a little exercise in to help beat the bloat. For me, I love doing yoga. It's gentle, helps you relax, stretches muscles and can help with digestion. Below are a few favorite yoga flows to keep you feeling your best during the last few days of the year.
